Sunbean Giveaway Rules

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Sunbean ("Sponsor"), sunbean.co. Questions can be sent to hello@sunbean.co.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sunbean and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

The Giveaway begins on September 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on September 26, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

During the Entry Period, comment "PR" on the designated Sunbean Instagram post (@hellosunbean) or send the word "PR" as a direct message to @hellosunbean. This triggers an automated reply asking for a valid email address. Replying with a valid email address completes entry into the Giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person; multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any information provided as part of entry is provided to Sunbean only, not to Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability in connection with this Giveaway.

Five (5) winners will each receive one "PR Box," containing a mini tote bag, a leash, and a poop bag holder (approximate retail value of each PR Box: $50; total approximate retail value across all 5 prizes: $250). No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prizes are not transferable.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email on or before September 30, 2026, and will be asked to reply with their shipping address within 3 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that time, or cannot be reached, an alternate winner may be selected in their place.

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if it is unable to proceed as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, or unauthorized intervention.

Information collected in connection with this Giveaway is used and shared in accordance with Sunbean's Privacy Policy, available at sunbean.co/policies/privacy-policy.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
