Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) Return & Exchange Policy

For our Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, we’ve updated our return and exchange policy to give you and your gift recipients extra time and flexibility:

Extended Return Period
We offer an extended return window for orders placed during the BFCM period. Items purchased between November 21, 2024, and December 2, 2024, are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 15, 2025.

To qualify, all items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Pre-Order Items

Please note that if your order contains pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will be shipped together when pre-order items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items first, please make a separate order with only in-stock items.

NOTE:

1. International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside of the USA at this time.

2. Non-returnable Items: Accessories (e.g., socks) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to sanitary concerns.

3. Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” remain final sale, with no exchanges and returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on final sale items or gift cards.

For size exchanges, contact us at hello@sunbean.co. We offer one complimentary exchange per order.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
