Lost, stolen, or late packages

Sunbean is not responsible for lost, stolen, or late packages.

Once the tracking information indicates "delivered”, we are not responsible for stolen or missing mail. If you need help, please contact the carrier as indicated in your tracking info with questions regarding shipment tracking.

International Orders

Any duties, taxes, or import fees that occur during international shipment are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected or controlled by Sunbean.
